A sleeping hare dozing under the shelter of a small tree. Inspired by the Aesop's Fable 'Tortoise & the Hare'.

The tree trunk can be used as a vase for dried flowers, but is not suitable for water.

• This pottery ceramic sculpture is hand sculpted from earthstone clay, kiln fired above 1200 degrees celsius and hand painted with acrylics to finish.
